Identity verification level 2 for wire transfers

We’ve upgraded our account security procedures. Every account must now complete identity verification level 2 to use wire transfers for deposits and withdrawals. It’s part of our effort to maintain Okcoin as the best platform to buy and sell crypto.

As a regulated cryptocurrency exchange, Okcoin is required to comply with local regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines. This allows us to confirm the identity of our customers so we can protect them from fraudulent activity. Per our Terms of Service, we require that all customers verify their identity in order to use our services. This security update supports our customer safety and anti-fraud efforts by confirming that wire transfers made on the platform are legitimate.

You can log into your account on mobile or web to complete identity verification level 2. The process is slightly different for customers from different regions. Here are instructions for your region:
